Contract: Full-time, 5 days out of 7
We're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join a stylish boutique dining establishment in the heart of Bath, newly transformed and set to become one of the city's most sought-after destinations. With an open-plan kitchen that showcases the use of seasonal, locally sourced ingredients cooked over open flame, this venue combines historic Georgian charm with contemporary dining flair.

What we're looking for:
- Experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a fresh food kitchen
- A passion for seasonal, local ingredients
- Strong organisational skills and ability to thrive under pressure
- Good communication skills in English
